Just to make sure you have the right word here Cesar. I think "Attachment tape" is a very specific automotive product, so I'm not 100% sure that is what you are looking for? More general sticky tape is called "Adhesive tape." - jellonz, Jul 20, 2017

If it's a traditional tape that used to be only black but now you can find it in other colors. and it's not really transparent and it's used for electricity it's called "cinta aisladora" or "cinta aislante".

Anyway you could say "cinta adhesiva" and add what it is for. For example for packages. :" Cinta adhesiva para paquetes o para embalaje".
