You asked:

You could say:

¿Me podría prestar un lápiz, por favor? or ¿Podría prestarme un lápiz, por favor?

= Could you lend me a pencil, please?

You can either place the indirect object pronoun before a verb or attach it to the infinitive form of a verb.

There are other ways to ask to borrow a pencil which Guillermo has shown you.
