I am trying to form the following sentence in Spanish;

I know that you go to Spain every year on holiday.

My attempt as follows "Sé que tu ir a españa cada año para tu vacciones"

Please review and correct.

It's OK for the most part you just have to change "ir" to go to "vas" you go.

Then change "tu" to "tus" to agree with vacaciones.

-Sé que vais a España de vacaciones cada año. (plural)

Wannalearn, in your example you use "ir" ("to go"), but you don't say who is "iring". That's why you have to change its form, as Daniela and Nihildum pointed out earlier. Also, you have to make "tú" agree with "vacaciones.
