vos form of reflexive verbs

Question

How are reflexive verbs conjugated in the Vos? (voseo)

Example " Llamarse" or "Despertarse"

I suppose you are referring to vos (you singular informal) and not the peninsular vosotros (you plural informal)
First Conjugation
vos te despertás

vos te llamás

Second Conjugation
vos te corrés

vos te comés

´Third Conjugation
vos te morís

vos te salís

The verbs I used were despertarse, llamarse, correrse, comerse, morirse and salirse.

Or you can just eliminate the "i" from the "vosotros" conjugation for verbs ending with "ar" and "er" to get the "voseo" right. For verbs ending in "ir" it does not change.

Vosotros jugáis ==> Vos jugás

Vosotros coméis ==> Vos comés

Vosotros salís ==> Vos salís

As far as I have checked, this rule works fine.

You can either pick this rule or the one from Polenta. Whichever is easier for you to remember.
