"Vosotros" and "vosotras" are use to talk about second person in plural (segunda persona del plural). Vosotros is used to talk about men and vosotras about women. For example, if you are talking about the present you change the verbs this way (depend on the conjugation -AR, -ER, -IR):

PRESENTE de indicativo

1st conjugation -AR: ganAR (win), gastAR (spend), cantAR (sing) Vosotros/vosotras ganáis, gastáis, cantáis.

2nd conjugation -ER: comER (eat), tenER (have), bebER (drink) Vosotros/vosotras coméis, tenéis, bebéis.

3rd conjugation -IR: vivIR (live), huIR (escape), conducIR (drive) Vosotros/vosotras vivís, huís, conducís.

There are many different verb tenses, I advise you to take a look to this table to see how they change, and this way you can apply it to the verb tense you need: tiemposverbales.

Welcome to the forum Fatima. The word in English for different verb endings is conjugation. If you go to the home page third down on the left s conjugation and you can find the correct verb endings you need.

In Mexico and some parts of South America they use ustedes ( 3rd person plural) for ellos/ellas and vosotros.

Vosotras and nosotras are used when addressing a group of two or more women. If the sentence includes an adjective that needs to agree being plural and feminine but the verb doesn't change. If polenta and I have not answered your question please edit your question for a better explanation.

It may help if you add to your profile your level of Spanish eg beginner and your knowledge of English/intermediate/advanced/ fluent.

This is something that is discussed early on in formal classes, but, I guess totally left out in self-study courses. - Daniela2041, Jul 18, 2017
