From what I can tell Un Corito Sano is a fairly new song by a group called Welinton Quiw. Literally, it means "a little wholesome choir". It's a catchy line in the rap..."un corito sano, tú sabes" and I would guess that people are saying it for fun. "You know, we're a little wholesome choir" while partying and being anything but wholesome.
