"Pa' Ponerte En On"

Question

I encounter "Pa' Ponerte En On" as a song title. What might it mean? I see from answers to other questions on here that "ponerte" can mean to put on oneself, as clothing, and that "pa'" can abbreviate "para". So maybe "Pa' Ponerte" means something like 'for wearing'; perhaps it refers to a gift of clothing? As a novice at looking up information having to do with the Spanish language I am stumped by the trailing "... en on". I don't even see "on" in a lexicon.
