Question

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day! This is a game where you can all practice your Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time! Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen soon on the basis of the answer I feel is the best, the fact that the person has corrected their post and possibly the number of votes. Suerte que los camellos soportan un viaje largo sin beber porque este agua salada no es adecuado para eso.

Lucky thing that camels endure a long journey without drinking because this salt water is not suitable for that.

Here's a word for you: potable, meaning safe to drink; drinkable. So your sentence is fine. You could also say "salt water is not potable." - Sassette, Jul 3, 2017
