I'm a trainer certain chicken company and I show people how to cut chicken. Although I've been looking around for the name of the certain part of the chicken which is the tenders and I cant find what it is in Spanish. Can someone help?

solomillo de pollo (tenderloin of chicken)
This is not just a slice of chicken breast meat. It is a small piece of breast meat, one per each half of breast, which is the most tender (and expensive) part of the chicken breast.
I think the technical term of this in English is chicken breast tenderloin, but sometimes they are sold as chicken breast tenders.
Other things are also sold as chicken tenders, which many other places call chicken fingers. These may be strips from anywhere on the breast or even be made from ground chicken or reconstituted chicken that may include dark meat and may even contain some skin and fat and binding agents (chemicals)
I used to work for a food chemical company which produced phosphates for treating meats, seafood, cheese and other foods for many purposes (some very worthwhile). One of the not so nice reasons was so that the producers could combine cheaper cuts and even add more water and other cheap fillers and sell it for $4-6 per pound.

According to Daniela's description of "tenders", I could say that in my country we can buy chicken breasts filled in with different things depending on the manufacturer or slaughterhouse I've heard of olives, eggs, even ground chicken, bacon or other things. They are usually at least middle sized but definitely not small. Most people call them "arrollado de pollo".
We can also buy "miniaturas de pollo", which are very small .These are not filled but breaded and pre-fried.
For all the other small parts of the chicken like wings, neck or others we call them "menudos de pollo".
I tried to see the photo on the Internet and they are like "milanesas de pollo". Big pieces of chicken salted and condimented and with a crust of egg and breaded outside and not stuffed.

I know that they have wings legs, internal organs like heart, lungs, stomach, intestines, etc, but they don't have "tenders" This is an English word describing small formed pieces of chicken breast usually filled in with rib meat.
In Spanish these are called "dedos" or "ofertas" de pollo.

Well I found it! I wasn't entering the correct English name which would be tenderloin instead of tender, which is what we usually say thank you all!
