I'm not sure what your native language is Cesar as your profile doesn't say, but if you are a native Spanish speaker "Wire leads" would not generally be something we would say in English, as "leads" are normally "wire" anyway, and "wires" can be synonymous with "leads." That said, if you specifically wanted to identify the leads as being made of wire then "wire leads" would be fine.

The SD translator offers "Cables de alambre" which seems reasonable. Alternatively, if you just wanted to say "wires" or "leads" I'm guessing "alambres" and "cables" would do respectively.
