Why not just say hello when you come in to study or visit your friends?

Guidelines for International Café are easy to follow:

This is not a grammar or vocabulary or even game thread, so, if you wish, you can even use chat talk here.
No corrections will be made, so you can express yourself freely in both English and Spanish, just write as you wish and what you wish.

Even though I don't participate very often in this thread, I'm going to miss it.
It's nice reading about what's going on in our little community.
It was a great idea from the beginning, having our own space to share under a
personal perspective, a feelness of closeness, a sense of friendship, a smile to
share, and a few tears too.
I guess the administrators or owners of this forum aren't interested in our opinion.
They never asked if we wanted to keep this thread or not.
I don't see what's wrong with this thread either.
But maybe I'm wrong.
I'll miss The International Café.

I haven't actively participated on either forum (ie SD or SH) for a couple of years now, but I think I might join back in with some of the games and fun threads. I'll leave the grammar to the experts
Actually. I thought one of the reasons why there was a mass exodus from here around 5 years ago was because the SD owners banned threads such as this - ie social chit chat threads. The reasons being they just wanted language learning threads.

Heidi buena suerte con este emprendimiento. Me encanta ir a tomar un cortadito liviano de vez en cuenta, con poco café y un edulcorante. Bueno puede ir acompañado por una media luna rellena y un vaso enorme de agua muy fría con mucho gas . Me encantan las burbujas que salpican mi nariz desde el vaso. Mientras se pueda y el estómago aguante..............

Hola todos it's Marshall I have not been around in a long time. I heard the other forum is closing, and some people are coming back here... Heidita for example....So many sad things have happened to some of my old forum friends. I will try to visit more often now. Since my last visit a long time ago, I now have Multiple Myeloma, a blood and bone marrow cancer. I had a stem cell transplant and now in remission and doing well. I have missed my friends a lot especially from the other forum that is closing. I will try to participate here as much as possible. Your friend, Marshall
