When creating a title for a piece of artwork, do you only capitalize the first word? Or do you capitalize all parts of the title sentence such as: Turquesa y llamas rojas Turquesa Y Llamas Rojas

Welcome to SpanishDict, Cfreeman. In English you would, but not in Spanish. - rac1, Jun 27, 2017

Only the first word, as you put it in the title.

You mean for Spanish, right? In English it's different. - rac1, Jun 27, 2017
Yes of course, I mean, I think that was the question, right? How to capitalize it in Spanish. - Shamelesspanish, Jun 27, 2017

And the same for the titles of books. "El llano en llamas", "Los detective salvajes", etc.

Ah, if the title includes a proper noun, it is capitalized: "Don Quijote de la Mancha".
