Please could you clarify exactly what you mean by 'practical intellience'? Are you referring to the application of specific and specialised technical knowledge like the knowledge an engineer or plumber would have when they apply their knowledge to solve a problem?

In the process of posting the first part of my answer requesting furthur clarification I noticed that Nkm had already posted an answer. I was thinking along those same lines but was not so sure of your intended meaning in English!

I think that Nkm could be correct and until we receive further clarification from you to make us think otherwise I would also say: (la) inteligencia práctica

When asking about specific terms and technical phrases please remember that unless the term has only one widely accepted meaning, it can be difficult to translate accurately if there is any ambiguity surrounding its meaning in the original language. Accurate translation requires a clear understanding of the idea (not usually the individual words!) you are trying to express in the original language in order to express the same idea in a different language in the way that natives would say it!

Inteligencia práctica or inteligencia empírica.

There is a term that is widely used nowadays and it's "inteligencia emocional" where you don't measure your IQ but how adjusted you are to situations and especially human situations and how to solve them.

Yes, Polenta, Emotional intelligence is very important every bit as important as intellectual intelligence. I think that there are people in power who have the intellectual intelligence or IQ but lack the emotional intelligence to manage people well! - FELIZ77, Jun 22, 2017

What is "practical intelligence"? I am a native speaker of English, and I don't know the term. Can you explain it in English or Spanish? Where did you see it?

I presume it would be knowledge of a specific subject. For example, 'A plumber has no practical intelligence of macro economics." Is this what you mean to say?
