The quickest way would probably be moving to a Spanish-speaking country. If that's not an option, I always see advertisements for software called Rosetta Stone which you could buy, but I've never tried it and I don't know much about it.

If by easy, you mean quick, there is none. You have to devote yourself to learning a language, and it takes years. However, it might be fun for you to make some friends who speak Spanish and are willing to help you. You might look around in your city for agencies that work with recent immigrants, and try to find someone who would trade Spanish lessons for English lessons.
