Hola a todo, Hay un tipo de proteínas que consiste de hongo que está usado como un sustituto de carne para los vegetarianos, por ejemplo Quorn. En inglés se llama "mycoprotein" pero no puedo encontrar la palabra en español, ¿alguien pueden ayudarme? Mi hijo es vegetariano y yo compro algo que sustituye a la carne y se llama proteína de soja o a veces proteina de soja texturizada. o granulada. Se encuentra en diferentes tamaños, desde casi harina o bastante pequeña , mediana o pelotitas que son bastante grandes. Con esa proteina de soja hago hamburguesas por ejemplo.
