Interesting Question, They are conjugated the same. If you don´t count the reflexive part as conjugation. I wash the car. Lavo el auto. I wash myself. me lavo The lavo is the same. the me means myself. That is all I can think of right now.
Many verbs can be used reflexively or non-reflexively.
The main difference is that they must be used with the set of reflexive pronouns.
Me, te, se, nos os.
Me cepillo los dientes. I brush myself the teeth. Or I brush my teeth. Although that construction sounds a little funny it is still logical from an English speaker"s point of view.
But there are others the turn an English speaker's brain to creamed spinach. 
How about "me enfermé la semana pasada." which translates to "I got sick last week"
There are possibly a hundred or more like these. How about this one.
Pedro no se acuerda del nombre de su profesor de biología. Which translates to "Pedro doesn't remember his biology teacher's name"
Of course there are simpler constructions as well. If you go to the grammar section right here on SD and scroll down to "verbs" you will run into "reflexive" verbs and their uses. There are uses I haven't even mentioned here that will surprise you.
