Hola,

Does "no pensar/creer que" take subjunctive in negative questions? For example, which of these sentences is correct to say "Don't you think I am short?"

¿No piensas que yo sea bajo?

or

¿No piensas que yo soy bajo?

Yo no pienso que Juan sea bajo.
Yo no creo que Elena sea alta

But in the question you asked I would say more the SOY than the other.

¿Piensas que soy bajo?
¿No piensas que soy bajo?

I can't explain this.

In a question from the questioner's point of view, it should be indicative, so I concur con Polenta. However, the answer, if negative, should be subjunctive.
