light roast coffee

Question

I want to talk about coffee.
How would I say dark roast coffee medium roast coffee and light roast coffee.

roast is asado

but the light part is difficult for me.

In Spain we have: café de tueste natural, tueste torrefacto o mezcla, I guess that dark roast coffee is "tueste torrefacto", it taste stronger, and light roast coffee is "tueste natural", it taste softer an less bitter.

We never used to have words in English while speaking Spanish. Let's say 25, 30 or 40 years ago. Nowadays the word "light" pronounced and spelled the English way and not "lait" is widely used. For example:

Voy a comprar una Coca light.
Estoy a dieta así que quiero una comida light.
etc.

So it wouldn't surprise me if you just said "café light"

As for "roast coffee" I have heard all my life "café torrado" but I don't know if it's the same as "café tostado". I think one of them includes sugar. I remember in grocery stores or supermarkets there used to be a machine but if any I only buy instant coffee and know very little about coffee. And the sign said: "café torrado molido en el acto." or "café torrado molido a la vista."

If I asked someone to serve me a coffee I could say;
un café negro or
un café liviano
or
un café súper liviano
