There are many native English speakers here, most of us can offer great suggestions to the English sentences. I will do my best to go through them all, too. I agree with Ray, I never use fins when I snorkel- they are not needed- I swim for hours without returning to the shore, and I although yes I could swim faster with fins, I normally want to swim slowly to see the fish and not scare them.
