Hi guys, I need help with writing an Authorization letter to the police station. I have an example I came up with, but I need corrections.

Al que le corresponda

Yo _______ (Nombre y Apellido) autorizo ________ (Nombre y Apellido) con DNI ______ recoger mis documentos encontrados.

I would write:

Por la presente, yo (nombre y apellidos) con DNI/pasaporte__________, autorizo a (nombre y apellidos) con DNI/pasaporte_____, a recoger mis documentos encontrados.

Atentamente,

Firma Fecha

It is not necessary to write "Al que le corresponda", but if you want to include something similar, it sounds better to write "A quien corresponda"
