Quick answer.

¡Arriba, arriba! ¡Ándale, ándale!= Go, go! Come on, come on!

¡Arriba, arriba! ¡Ándale, ándale !is part of the cheer shouted by the cartoon mouse Speedy Gonzales. In this sense arriba means go! or hooray for...! and ándale means come on!

In real life, most people aren't quite as enthusiastic as Speedy, so you'll normally hear someone say just one of these..

  • ¡Arriba Hidalgo!

Hooray for Hidalgo!

  • No sé si voy a ir a la fiesta. - ¡Ándale! Va a estar padre.

I don't know if I'm going to go to the party. - Come on! It's going to be cool.

Try a few sentences using these .

I had a Triumph 500 cc which could have blown that away mate . - ray76, May 28, 2017
Nothing beats a Kawasaki Ninja. You don't even see Triumphs in races. They are a good cruising bike, the two cylinders firing at the same time instead of alternately cause too much vibration for me. - Daniela2041, May 28, 2017

I had my first taste of Mexican food when I came to the US in 1992. Everything had chiles on it. Too hot for me. Now I have no problem with Mexican food. - Daniela2041, May 28, 2017
I have never had a problem with Mexican food , but Thai good is another dimension altogether , their Thom yum soup can burn holes in the strongest undies. - ray76, May 28, 2017
