How would you translate the expression "Help yourself"

How would you translate the expression "Help yourself"

Example; She helped herself to some soup

Without being translated literally "Ella ayudo a si misma a sopa" (doesn't make sense)

could it be; Ella sirvió sopa a si misma ? I still feel like this could have a better translation.

My opinion:

Ella se sirvió sopa (a sí misma)

You need the se for pronominal (reflexive) usage. The “a sí misma” serves only for emphasis and is not required, but can be included if you want that emphasis.

If you want the “some” that you have in English:

Ella se sirvió algo de sopa.

I am a learner as well, await other input.
