Since we're discussing this, I would like to say that the phrase as it stands, except for the missing capitalization and accent mark, is OK.
Both men and women can address each other as "corazón," or "mi amor" both of which are masculine gender. so If a man is addressing a woman he can use "bella" The use of "corazón" here serves as a loving nickname.
The reason for "estás as opposed to "eres" is that "eres" implies the usual characteristic of the person where "estás" implies "even more bella than usual."
The colloquial English might be something like. "Honey you're a knockout."
It´s sounds more natural to say: Corazón, te ves muy guapa / bonita OR: Corazón, te has puesto muy guapa / bonita el día de hoy (for appearance at a certain time).
If you comment on the nature or constant appearance, you could say: .... eres muy bella.
