How would you translate "financial costs" say for a college education?

costes financiales (')

If you wanted to address bilingual Hispanic professionals, how would that phrase properly be ordered?

profesionales hispanos bilingue (')

Thank you in advance for helping me with these knotty problems. I'm learning that translation is an excellent way to find out how much you REALLY don't know about Spanish!!

Hi Barbara: instead of saying"translation please", write: "financial costs" in the thread/discussion title.
