Double comment glitch?

Hello everyone. I am curious to if anyone else is experiencing this or has had this happen to them before. Lately every time I post a comment and leave a page I come back a while later and it has posted twice. What could be causing this?

Internet echo. :) It happens all the time. Put some juicy tidbit on Facebook and it becomes viral on youtube. If you post it on Stealth, no one will ever read/hear/see it, but you get the satisfaction of having posted it. :) - DonBigoteDeLaLancha, May 15, 2017

This happens on a lot of forums and sites. It is either a issue with you pressing "Enter" or like a "Post" button several times. The server should only take the first one, but sometimes, servers will take both commands, and accidentally post the same thing twice. It's not a computer problem, but the site's problem.
