Right handed
Just looked up left handed (zurdo), then tried right handed which comes up as zurdo? Shouldn't it be diestro?

Diestro is right-handed.
Zurdo is left-handed.
And then we can also be "ambidiestro" if you use both hands.
There is a saying: A diestra y siniestra meaning without looking, doing something without caring where it is, etc.
Example:
Mandó postales de navidad a diestra y siniestra. He sent Christmas postcards to everyone, without looking who it was .
Empezó a hablar a diestra y siniestra. He spoke and spoke and spoke.......
As you may see "siniestro" means sinister but also left.. I suppose that's how people were considered when they were left-handed..... God forbid !!
I just typed in righthanded and right-handed and got this dictionary entry:

http://www.spanishdict.com/translate/right-handed
right-handed
diestro
But you are right, right handed, with the space leads to the machine translator which says zurdos.
On expansion the options:
zurdos
Mano derecha
el derecho dado
Never trust a machine translator, sometimes they are right and sometimes they botch it. It sure does this time.
