Thats a new. Do you think that it will take off ? - ray76, Apr 30, 2017
It would better to say: Que tal si todo el mundo viviera en paz. The subject should agree with the verb. - Raff75, Apr 30, 2017
Thanks Raff. :) - bosquederoble, Apr 30, 2017

You can also say:

¿Qué tal, amigo? = How are you, (my) friend?

(Estoy) Bastante bien, gracias = (I'm) Quite /rather well, thank you.

¿Qué tal estás? = How are you? / How are you doing?

Estoy feliz / triste = I am happy / sad

I am sure that there are many other variations, too
