Does anyone else notice this glitch?

Question

I've been having a glitch where if I try to click on "Menu", "CarterTF", or some other things it won't let me go there, and will just stay on the page. You have to refresh the page to get it to work. Does anyone else experience this glitch?

Some other things: When it gives pop-ups such as "This post is closed", it won't let me click it away. When it says "Tip: put phrases to be translated in quotes. more >" it won't let me go there either.

I noticed this today. I deleted all my web activity in my browser and I'm OK now. - DilKen, Apr 25, 2017

SD can load up your computer with many megabytes of junk. After I've been on for several hours, I load my AVG cleaner and many times I'll have 50 or 60 megabytes in my browser and another of the same amount in my Windows system. If I don't do this, my computer get so slow it becomes unusable. At times I've cleaned out several gigs of junk, before I could use my computer again.
