Reflexive verbs after "se debe"

Reflexive verbs after "se debe"

¡Hola! I have a quick question involving the use of "se debe" along with reflexive verbs. Does it make sense to say this?

"Se debe escaparse por la ventana en caso de un incendio."- You should escape through the window in case of a fire.

I know that you have to use the infinitive after "se debe" but if there is already a "se" before debe, do you have to put it at the end of a reflexive verbs, like escaparse? Gracias por su ayuda.

The correct way is:

Se debe escapar (not "escaparse") por la ventana en caso de incendio.

No double se's

Or, in real situations, use the usual impersonal sign:

Escapar por la ventana en caso de incendio.

You can say:

  1. Se debe escapar por la ventana...

Or

  1. Debe escaparse por la ventana...
