Best Flashcard application for Android phone?

I have a long list of adverbs, phrases, etc that I'm trying to memorize. What I would like is some type of application where I can review flashcards on my phone during the day. Ideally I could create the flashcards on my laptop through a webpage for the app, then, then download the app to have access to everything without having to manually create flashcards on my phone. Any suggestions? Ideally, this would also be an app where I could review the flashcards even while offline. Thanks as always!
