Españoles en Dinamarca 2

Esther es una mujer que llegó a Copenhague en el verano de 2012. Normalmente es difícil vivir en otro país donde no hablan la lengua misma. Sin embargo para Esther el obstáculo no era la lengua, porque ya hablaba inglés con fluidez. Cuando llegó ha encontrado otras varias dificultades. En primer lugar Esther piense que la comida sea mal y también cara. Esto es a lo mejor porque de comida danesa es muy diferente de la comida española. La comida danesa es muy sencillo y bastante homogéneo. En la cocina española hay muchos sabrosos platos. El tiempo es también un poco de un factor contractivo. En españa hace muy calor en el verano mientras que en Dinamarca no es lo mismo. A veces incluso llueve! No obstante le gusta el invierno porque hay nieve. Por remate la cultura es muy otra. La gente danesa es como el tiempo - frío! Estamos aisladores y no nos abrimos a otros. Para Esther estaba un desafío se adapta a la cultura danesa y también los costumbres pero la hizo de todos modos. Había algunas ventajas aunque había muchos inconvenientes. Por ejemplo según Esther es bueno que la educación sea pagado por el estado y que la burocracia se hace por internet.
Esther is a woman that arrived to Copenhagen in the summer of 2012. Normally, it is hard to live in another country where they do not speak the same language. However, Esther’s obstacle was not the language, because she spoke english fluently. When she arrived she encountered other various difficulties. First of all, Esther thinks that the food is bad and also expensive. This is maybe because that the danish food is very different compared with the spanish. The danish food is simple and very alike. There are various tasty dishes in the spanish kitchen. The weather was also a bit of a negative factor. In Spain, it is really warm during the summer, while in Denmark it is not the same. It even rains sometimes during the summer! However, she likes winter because it snows. As the crown of it all, the culture is very different. The danish people are like the weather - cold! We are isolated and we do not open up to others. It was a challenge for Esther to adapt to the danish culture and also the customs, but she did it anyway. There were some advantages even though there were many inconveniences. For instance, according to Esther, it is good that the education is paid for by the state and that the contact to the public state is through the internet.

Al principio Esther pensaba que la comida era mala y también cara. Esto es probablemente porque la comida danesa es muy diferente que la comida española. La comida danesa es muy sencilla y bastante homogénea. En la cocina española hay muchos sabrosos platos. El clima es también un poco un factor negativo.. En España hace mucho calor en (EL) verano mientras que en Dinamarca no es lo mismo. A veces incluso llueve! No obstante a Esther le gusta el invierno porque hay nieve. Por último la cultura es muy otra. La gente danesa es como el tiempo - frío! Nos aislamos mucho y no nos abrimos a otros. Para Esther era un desafío adaptarse a la cultura danesa y también a las costumbres pero lo hizo de todos modos. Había algunas ventajas aunque había muchos inconvenientes. Where it says "ha encontrado" I didn't correct it because I think they use this tense in Spain. We would say "encontró
The Spanish version by polenta1 is better than the one originally provided. Although sometimes it looks like it was written by a non-native speaker, so it has 1) concordance issues, 2) lack of clarity when unusual words and phrases are used, 3) "redundancia", always to be avoided, 4) punctuation problems, and 5) unwanted repetitions that affect the style and fluency of the text.

(*) I'd like to remark that both "ha encontrado (presente compuesto)" and "encontró (pasado o pretérito)" are indeed used in Spain. It can be observed an over use of the simple past in many areas in Latin America and Canary Islands. That tends to eliminate the present/past perfect when indeed needed. Anyway, "ha encontrado" was misused in the text.
