Is there a difference in the meaning of these sentences?

Me gusta me levantar temprano. Me gusta levantarme temprano.

Are both of them correct and have the same meaning?

Spanish is very liberal with sentence structure, but not in this case because both verbs gustar and levantar pertain to the same person, "me gusta levantarme temprano" is the only correct variant.

When the verbs in a sentence pertain to different persons, then we have a choice of structure, ie: Te voy a ver mañana / Voy a verte mañana.

Me gusta levantar temprano needs an object, that's why me gusta levantarme makes sense.

You can say me gusta levantar [las cosas de la mesa] temprano and it makes sense. The thing is that it needs to have an object.

Me gusta me levantar is wrong.

Me gusta levantarme is right.
