Singular or Plural form of adjective after a list?

Question

When you have a list of nouns, and you want to describe them all with a single adjective, would this adjective be in singular or plural form? For example:

Hay bolsas y envases de plástico, papel y aun comida, tirado en el suelo,

Would tirado be tirado or tirados? Also, is it affected by the fact that 'comida', just before it, is singular?

Hay bolsas y envases... tirados

Yo diría "...... todos tirados al suelo". Si todos los sustantivos fueran femeninos, diría ".... todas tiradas al suelo.".
