Here are the sentences:

We had finished three exercises from this chapter. Habíamos terminado tres ejercicios de este capítulo.

We had called my sister before going to the market. Nosotros habíamos llamado mi hermana por teléfono antes de ir al mercado.

We had opened the windows in your room. Nosotros habíamos abierto las ventanas en tu cuaderno.

I hope they are correct, but is anyone able to check them?

Yes.

Nosotros habíamos llamado mi hermana por teléfono antes de ir al mercado.
Nosotros and por teléfono are unnecessary.
You need the personal a. (Thanks, bosquederoble.)

Nosotros habíamos abierto las ventanas en tu cuaderno.
Nosotros is unnecessary. A cuaderno is a notebook.
