Spanish capitalization of agencies

Question

I am trying to properly capitalize the following web page title and the agency it comes from. How is the agency names treated for capitalization?

I think you did it rigbt. In general you capitalize the content words and not prepositions, artícles etc. At least this happens according to my experience. Example: Servicio Oficial de Difusión Radioléctrica ( SODRE)
