How do you order words when using Usted? Espero que Ud. venga. o Espero que venga Ud. Espero que Ud. venga.

Espero que usted venga is more often heard than the other, which is also possible but much less frequent.

As far as I know, there is not a rule. Both forms are correct:

Espero que Ud. venga.

Espero que venga Ud.

To say "Espero que (Ud.) venga" provides emphasis on the action *venga**.

To say "Espero que venga Ud" provides emphasis on the person Ud.

If you have no need to emphasize anyhing in this sentence, either variant can be used. Intonation also helps emphasize. The choice in this case is a matter of preference, which is ultimately dependant on region.
