When is in the indicative, is Imperfect 2 used?
I sometimes see Imperfect 2 under the indicative, and sometimes don't. Does anyone know what this is used for?

Imperfect I and Imperfect II only apply to Imperfect Subjunctive...every verb conjugation on this website will show both. They only differ in terms of their endings. In the vast majority of cases they are interchangeable...you can use either in most situations. Imperfect I seems to be much more common than Imperfect II. Some set phrases use Imperfect II because sometimes it sounds cooler![]()
