So when answering the question: ¿Que te gusta hacer con tus amigos?
Is it correct for me to respond with: Me gusta ir al cine con mis amigas.
Which translates to: I like to go to the movies with my friends.

Yes, your sentence is correct if you are just talking about female friends: ![]()
Me gusta ir al cine con mis amigAs.
However, if you are talking about your male friends or friends of both sexes you must use the masculine form as I have shown below:
Me gusta ir al cine con mis amigOs (male friends)
Me gusta ir al cine con mis amigOs (male and female friends together)
Linguistically speaking, the masculine form always takes precedence when talking about both genders in the same sentence. (ie: at the same time)
By the way, the word qué as a question carries (should be written with) an accent ¿Qué te gusta hacer etc....
