Enseño matemáticsa a los estudiantes

o

Les enseño matemáticas a los estudiantes

Ignoring the spelling error:

Both are correct. Normally the indirect object pronoun is included to key the indirect object that follows, but it is only mandatory if the actual indirect object precedes the verb, and in this case it does not.

So it is normal to use “les” in this sentence, but not absolutely required.

See this answer:

Actually, the personal pronoun is not mandatory in this case. It´s true that we normally would say: "Le doy el dinero a Tomás", but it is grammatically correct just as you have written it because the verb in this sentence appears before the indirect object.

Hello anónimo, Welcome to the SpanishDict forum smile

You asked:

Hola a todos, ¿Cuál de estas oraciones es correcta? Yo he escuchado ambas. Enseño matemáticsa a los estudiantes o Les enseño matemáticas a los estudiantes Gracias

I believe that they are both correct... the first sentence is certainly corrrect except for a typo in the word matemáticas wink

I hope this helps smile

I had just finished posting my answer before editing then noticed Bosque's had already answered.

Corrijan mi español si es necesario, por favor smile
