Part one. = Primera parte. Part two. = Segunda parte. Part three. = Tercera parte. Part four. = Cuarta Parte. Is this the correct way of writing it in Spanish?

You have done it correctly. In California, those who speak espanglés might do it the English way, i.e., parte uno, parte dos, etc, but that isn't correct.

Thank you Dani , although I do not quite agree with your assumption , we would also say , first part second part etc , as in everything it depends on context , but I would say it that way . - ray76, Mar 6, 2017
The way the OP has asked the question is also correct: I.e., part one, part two, part three, etc. - Daniela2041, Mar 6, 2017
But the Spanish IS different' - Daniela2041, Mar 6, 2017
You have missed the difference Dani , saying part one two and three , is totally different to , first part second and third , one uses ordinal numbers the other uses cardinal numbers. - ray76, Mar 6, 2017
I know all about the difference between the use of cardinal numbers and ordinals. I even know them in Spanish. Ha! - Daniela2041, Mar 6, 2017
