Welcome to the forum.
Ir a la tienda. = To go to the store.
Without further information your blank could be filled with quite a number of different conjugations of ir.
Voy a la tienda. I go to the store.
Vas a la tienda. You go to the store.
In the question sense:
¿Vas a la tienda? Do you go to the store? or Are you going to the store?
¿Fuiste a la tienda? Did you go to the store.
There are many other possible sentences I could create.
