Welcome to SpanishDict. "Spanish" should be capitalized and you need a period at the end of your sentence. - rac1, Feb 22, 2017

"Mother I Have something to tell you" = "Mamá/madre/mami tengo algo que decirte" or "Mamá/madre/mami tengo que decirte algo"

Hello and welcome to the forum.

As this is a learning forum not a translation service we prefer that learners make an effort first, and then we can provide help on any points you don't seem to be getting.

If you don't want that, I will tell you that if you feed what you want to translate into our machine translator, here:

In this case it seems to give you a good option. I will admit this is not always the case, but with this sentence it seems to do okay.
