"New design"

Question

I am not receiving the Word of the Day now that there is a "New Design".

have you tried putting your email in the subscribe box to see if that restarts it? - bosquederoble, Feb 18, 2017

Do you receive the 'Word of the Day' by e-mail?

If you do / if this is the case...have you made sure that:

1. You have activated the appropriate permission/s in Settings in Spanishdict?

2. You have made sure that you have entered your correct and up-to-date to date e-mail address?

You can and should also check in your spam e-mail folder in your ordinary e-mail address where you are expecting to find the Word of the day, in case this account is viewing this e-mail as a Spam! , Failing all else / if nothing else works, you could try resubscribing: ie: 1. Unsubscribe and 2.subscribe again!

You can try resubscribing to the word of the day, or manually enter the site and see the word of the day.
