Colombian meaning of this phrase

I have seen Mlp used a lot online by Colombians and as far as my research goes I believe it stands for "me la pelas". I know that is a vulgar phrase when used by a Mexican native but I can not find the meaning of it when a Colombian says the phrase?

It is vulgar in Colombia, Spain and Venezuela as well. Here is a link:
