It is my turn could be "Te toca a ti". How about "It is her turn" or "It is my turn"?

"It is my turn" Es mi turno, "It is her/his turn" Es su turno. This is the basic sentence "Es ____ turno" fill in the blank with any possessive adjetive (MI,TU, SU, NUESTRO).

The questioner is asking how to form a form similar to the one given.

There are regional variations in Spanish

See this thread.

Native Spaniard (Madrid):

¿De quién es el turno?

This is nor often used over here, we would say:

¿A quién le toca?

Answerer from Mexico:

¿A quién le toca? Te toca a ti. Les toca a ustedes. Le toca a usted. Le toca a él. Le toca a ella. Me toca a mí.

My observations:

Le toca a ella would be the option for it is her turn.

Te toca a ti- it's your turn

Me toca a mí- it's my turn

You nailed it, Bosque! You should put that last line in "bold" because that's the one she wanted. - Daniela2041, Feb 10, 2017

You could say "Es mi turno" or "Es su turno" but you could also say "¿Yo voy? as in, Is it my turn?
