This website is completely free right? I mean they won't ever have to make you pay for it in the future or anything right?

As of right now SpanishDict is completely free, the question about will it always be free is a question for the creators, and administrators of Spanishdict! Also Bienvenido to SpanishDict

The only thing that you pay for is the Fluencia lessons, and they let you have the first 15 or so free. Then you pay a reasonable fee. - Daniela2041, Feb 9, 2017
