If you have two verbs together in the same sentence like "quiero estudiar ahora" I want to study now. The first verb is conjugated and the second one is left in the infinitive form as in English.
There is also the case where the present progressive is used (or "past progressive" for that matter) the first verb (usually "estar" or "seguir") is conjugated and the present participle as follows. "Estoy comiendo tacos" "Sigo comiendo tacos." In longer sentences where more verbs are used, the word order may be similar to English, then sometimes different. This is something you learn as you go along.
