¡Apoyo totalmente a Isshiki!

Pero yo no entiendo T-T. No se parece español.

So, I'm guessing you're a Spanish speaker reading a Japanese comic written in English. I'm also guessing your question isn't regarding "Isshiki" which is just a proper noun, but instead with the phrase "I'm all in." This can mean:

You are betting everything you have on something; You have put everything into something and are now exhausted (Brit. Eng); You are very enthusiastic about doing something; You are going to support something totally. Out of context I'd agree with Jubilado that the last is most likely, but in the unlikely situation that the character in question is sitting in for Isshiki at a poker game then the first could work also smile

BTW T-T = :'( but of course text slang should be discouraged.
