"And those are the ones....."

¿Está bien escrito lo siguiente?:

"Y esos son los que de que tenemos conciencia." "Y son ellos de que tenemos conciencia."

I want to write, " And those are the ones that we know about". The first sounds very awkward so I tend toward the second; but even that doesn't sound exactly correct.

I agree that it sounds awkward, I would say something like: Y de los que estamos enterados son ellos / Y de los que sabemos son ellos / Y de los que tenemos conciencia son ellos.

Your Spanish is better than mine, Don Bigote, but for me the word "únicos" seems called for. Like,

Y esos son los únicos de que estamos al tanto.

I don't know if I should put this as an answer or as a comment to JulianChivi. In any case, I don't believe that I was clear. I wanted to say, "And those are the ONLY ones that we know about", implying that "those" are only a small minority of the total.

¿"Esos son solo una minoría del total de que estamos enterados"? Is is more clear said like this (i.e. "there are thousands, but we only know of hundreds")?
