If you vote somebody is there like a certain limit on how much rep you can earn that way? Because I know that I'm not getting any from voting anymore?

Reputation measures your contributions to the SpanishDict community. The more high quality questions and answers you offer—as voted on by other members of the community—the more Reputation you will receive. You can earn up to 200 Reputation per day. As your Reputation increases, you will earn the right to participate in the site in more ways. Here is how it works:

I think it is a maximum of 10 per day from what I have seen said. But there has to be more to it than that, as I never get points for that unless I essentially do nothing or almost nothing for almost 24 hours, and even when I have to be away that long it is usually 4-7 points or thereabouts before it goes back to 0. And normally I go weeks with 0 from that, as I vote a lot. I am not exactly sure, it is not important enough to me to have paid enough attention to have really figured out how it is programmed.
